Isolation Tags
Many different sorts of tags with varying shapes and sizes are used to label
electrical and mechanical equipment under maintenance. In use in the harsh
environment of a chemical plant these tags are printed on a synthetic
material which cannot be torn and is extremely durable. The punch hole is
eyeletted for extra strength and durability.

Cosmetic Tags
Two tags for a new range of cosmetic/accessories for teenage girls. Bright
colours enhanced by UV varnish for an eye catching tag, which needed
punching and cutting out to create the finished product.

Hand Cream Cartons
Decorative outer cartons for a high quality range of natural skin care
products. 4 spot colours plus varnish were printed to a traditional looking
design on to a glazed white carton board. The cartons were then die-cut to
shape before glueing and making up.

Pasta Tags
Printed on a natural vellum coloured board in 4 special colours to create an
authentic Italian Tuscan feel. Three different manufacturing codes required
careful segregation of tags to prevent mixed sorts. The tags were cut,
creased and perforated in one process leaving the price as a tear off strip.

Candle Tags
A tag screen printed on to plastic (PET) which sits on top of a scented room
candle for the Christmas 1998 market. Punching and cutting of the plastic
material presented no particular difficulties over and above those of
printing on paper and board.

Tea/Coffee Tags
Used to identify different tea and coffee blends in the pot or cafetiere
throughout some luxury tea shops. Printed on a natural oatmeal material
these tags are die cut to finish.

Safety Calendar
Produced for 1999. From cartoons supplied the calendar was designed and
printed in 4 colour process plus 3 special colours. Spiral binding plus a
hanger finished each calendar.

Sample Wallets
These were produced for our own practical and promotional requirements. A
standard wallet capable of taking samples upto A4. Printed 2 colours on
glazed yellow manilla then cut out and glued. We use these as sample folders
and for general information. The robust nature of the folders means that they
last a long time keeping our name in front of our customers.

Display Bottle
A display device to make a major impact at point of sale. A four colour
process printing job on 300gsm gloss art board was sealed with UV varnish.
The sheets were then mounted on a 2300 micron display board. These were then
die cut to their finished shape and a supporting strut was attached to the
reverse to complete the product.

Pet Food Shelf Hangers
Also known as "wobblers" because they wobble on the shelves these hangers
are being used to promote pet food supplements. Split over 5 languages, 4
colour printing both sides on a gloss art board was followed by gloss
laminating both sides. Cutting out was particularly tricky due to a demanding
design which highlighted the smallest imperfection. The products were
finished with the application of double sided tape to allow them to be fixed
to the shelves in the shop.
